GreenCo is a first-person cannabis shop simulator. Start with $750, furnish your shop, order packaged stock, receive deliveries and turn a quiet storefront into a working retail business.

Carry cases, fill shelves, set prices and serve the customers who walk through your door. Keep enough cash for tomorrow's stock and expenses. Hire help when you can afford it, then expand the space and make it your own.

In this Early Access build

• A shop you furnish: buy and place displays, manage storage and keep clear routes for customers and staff.
• Physical stock: order through your phone or office PC, collect paid deliveries, open cases and replenish compatible shelves.
• Hands-on checkout: scan goods into shopping bags, take cash or card payments, give change and complete the sale.
• Daily business management: set prices, watch stock, clean, close, restock and account for bills and wages.
• Paid employees: assign cashier, stocking and cleaning work as your business grows.
• Three expansions: unlock two sales-floor bays and one stockroom bay. The added space is yours to furnish.
• A coastal retail street: neighboring frontages, pedestrians, planting and a delivery apron surround your shop.

Customers, deliveries and staff keep working while you use the phone or PC. The pause menu pauses the shop.

Start your first shop day

Follow the in-game opening guide. The starter shelf, Northridge House case and Select case cost $548 together, leaving $202 from your initial $750 for operations. Receive the goods, stock your shelf, confirm prices and open the shop.

Name your own price, including $0. This itch.io page hosts the Early Access version. GreenCo 1.0 is planned for Steam.

This build focuses on the retail shop and its street. Growing, genetics, manufacturing, supply contracts, online orders, additional properties, the wider town and CannaCup are future work and are not playable here.

The game is still being tested and improved. Street frame-time spikes are a known issue, and final performance and player usability checks remain open. Please report problems in the comments with your build version, what happened and the steps that led to it.

Download and play

Windows x64, Direct3D 12 graphics, mouse and keyboard. Extract the entire ZIP, then run Play-GreenCo.cmd or GreenCo.App.exe. Keep the executable, libraries, assets and shaders together. The runtime is included; a development SDK, Steam and administrator installation are not required.

Defaults: WASD move, mouse look, E interact, R open a case, G put goods down, Tab phone, left mouse scan, Space checkout and Escape back or pause. Controls can be rebound in Settings.

EA saves and settings use %LOCALAPPDATA%\GreenCo\EarlyAccess, separately from older full-world saves. Installation, save recovery, credits, licenses and known limitations are included in the download.
